1) Deliveries within Hong Kong
Delivery Time: 2 – 3 working days
Each order can only be delivered to one location. (SF Locker / Store are welcome)

Customers can also collect the orders at our local shop. Once your order is ready (1 working day usually). Customers will receive an email for pickup.

If the order is not collected in one month, we reserve the right to handle the order by our discretion and will not be responsible for any loss it might incur to the customer.

We use major couriesr such as Post Office, FedEx and UPS. Shipping fee will be calculated after you selected the items and entered a delivery address. We offer very competitive shipping rates. Also, shipping fee is waived if a certain order amount is met.
Delivery Time
Orders are processed soon after receipt to ensure that your items are shipping to you as soon as possible. Please note that these are estimated delivery times only and we cannot be responsible for delays due to customs and/or duty regulations and procedures. Delivery times may vary during public holidays such as Christmas, Chinese New Year and Easter. Although we cannot guarantee the delivery times, we do our best to process every order as soon as we receive them.
Import related fees / Custom Clearance (Important)
Any applicable taxes, customs duties or import related fees are the responsibility of the buyer. These are not included in the shipping fee. We suggest you check with your local authorities regarding import related fees. If you refused to pay import fees and the shipment successfully returned to us, you will receive a refund less (2 way shipping fees + 10% of total order amount as admin and platform fees).
For overseas orders, delivery times and import regulations may vary. We are not responsible for customs delays or additional fees that may arise upon entry to your country.
In the event that your shipment is seized or confiscated by customs or other authorities, we are not responsible and no refunds will be issued. Customers are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
Dispatch Notification
Customers will receive an Email Notification after we have dispatched the order. This email contains the details of your shipment and the tracking number.
