This simple sharpener actually works quite well on semi dull knives. It brings back a nice edge without any technique.

使用前，請在滾輪上滴入少許食用油或洗劑，使其均勻吸收。蓋上蓋子後，只需將廚刀放入凹槽中，前後輕輕移動約10次即可。
Before use, apply a few drops of cooking oil or dish soap onto the rollers and let it blend in. After closing the lid, simply insert the knife into the slot and slide it back and forth gently about 10 times.

使用後請用中性洗劑等清洗，擦乾滾輪後再進行存放。
After use, wash with a neutral detergent, wipe off any moisture from the roller, and then store.
