Please read our policy carefully before purchasing. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

Knife Life HK will make every effort to inspect and package products before shipping to ensure goods can be safely delivered to customers.

Orders cannot be cancelled once it is placed.

If you suspect the item has been damaged during shipping, please contact info@knifelifehk.com immediately with photos including the items and packaging. We strongly suggest recording the unboxing of the shipment on all cases.

After the product arrives at our company, it will be inspected to confirm whether it meets the return conditions. If the product has been washed, used or damaged due to improper use, our company will refuse the refund.

A refund will not be issued for items that do not reach our facility. 

All shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due our error. 

If we accept your return after inspection, please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to be processed and credited to your original form of payment.

This store uses Hong Kong Dollars as the settlement currency. We will not be responsible for any losses arising from exchange rate fluctuations.

Discounted products are not eligible for exchange/return.

Most of our products are handcrafted and may have minor scratches. In terms of pattern and dimensions, each piece or batch may have slight variations. These are not considered defects. We also will not accept return reasons such as ‘change of mind', 'doesn’t look as good,' or 'bought the wrong item.
