EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order.

Returning your items

Once you have notified us of your withdrawal, you must return the items within 14 days. Items should be unused and in their original condition. All return shipping costs are at your expense. All shipping / duties / VAT / any import related fees paid are non-refundable.

Refunds

A refund less the original shipping cost will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items, using the same payment method as your original purchase. If the purchase offered free shipping, we will deduct the original shipping fee before refunding.
